Join our dedicated Children's Team in Lancashire as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and their families. In this position, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the well-being and safety of children in our community. Your expertise will help us create positive outcomes, empowering families to thrive.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and their families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual circumstances. Working closely with schools, health services, and other agencies to coordinate support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of casework and interventions. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, demonstrating strong assessment and intervention skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
