Your responsibilities will include completing comprehensive, person-centred assessments; developing, reviewing and ending care and support plans; undertaking safeguarding enquiries; and applying relevant legislation, policies and professional standards. You should have experience of adult social care, statutory assessment and care planning, with a sound understanding of safeguarding, mental capacity, best-interest decision-making and relevant social care legislation. Strong communication, recording, organisation and analytical skills are essential, together with the ability to manage competing priorities and make defensible professional decisions.
