We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team in Bromley, focusing on supporting children with disabilities. This role is critical in ensuring that children receive the necessary care and support to thrive in their environment. You will be working closely with families, schools, and other professionals to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to each child's unique needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families, providing expert guidance and support.
