We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Solihull. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for adults facing various physical, mental, and emotional challenges. You will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing personalized intervention plans, and implementing therapeutic strategies to promote independence and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' functional abilities and needs.
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding therapeutic strategies and resources.
  • Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in adult occupational therapy, preferably in community or rehabilitation settings.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to create tailored interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
