Caritas Futures is partnering with a leading domestic abuse charity to recruit compassionate and experienced Refuge Workers in London.

In a sector where skilled professionals are in high demand, this is an opportunity to join a respected service making a genuine difference to women, children, and families affected by domestic abuse.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting survivors within refuge accommodation
  • Completing risk and needs assessments
  • Developing safety and support plans
  • Working alongside partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
  • Providing practical and emotional support to clients rebuilding their lives

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults or families
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessment
  • Domestic abuse, housing, homelessness, substance misuse, or related experience
  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
