Social Worker - Permanence team experience of completing adoption work - Nottingham City
Nottingham City is seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our Permanence Team, specializing in adoption work. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to inform adoption planning.

- Preparing and presenting reports for adoption panels, ensuring all documentation is thorough and accurate.
