This is yet another recognition for both our leadership and our fantastic teams. The list recognises organisations who strive for an equitable balance of women and men in the workplace, those who support career advancement for women whilst building a safe space where employees can thrive.
The feedback survey analysed the anonymous responses of women in the workplace and considered their daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they’re consistently experienced, as well.
