We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Family Support & Protection Team in Tower Hamlets. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and protection services to vulnerable children and families in the local community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families in need of support Undertaking direct work with children and families to address safeguarding concerns Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and multi-agency meetings Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration Demonstrable experience working within a similar role, preferably within a Family Support & Protection Team Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload
