We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in Bracknell Forest as an ATM Fostering (PART TIME) position. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to foster carers and children in care.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing and supporting foster carers through the fostering process Conducting assessments of potential foster carers and completing Form F assessments Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster carers Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the well-being of children in care Participating in team meetings and case conferences

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant social work qualifications Registered with Social Work England Experience in working within a fostering team or children's services Excellent assessment and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
