Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of potential foster carers, including home visits and interviews. Developing and delivering training and support programs for foster carers. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children in care. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster families.To be successful in this role, you will need:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in fostering, adoption, or related fields. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
