Caritas Recruitment is supporting Lambeth Council in the appointment of an experienced Team Manager to lead within the 0-25 Integrated Disabilities Service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Children's Services manager with experience of safeguarding, performance management and service delivery to lead a team supporting children and young people with disabilities and complex needs. You will oversee case management, quality assurance, supervision, service performance and multi-agency partnership working, ensuring children receive high-quality, outcome-focused support.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Social Workers and Personal Advisors.Oversee safeguarding, care planning and case management for children and young people with disabilities.Provide reflective supervision, support professional development and manage performance.Monitor service delivery, quality assurance, KPIs and statutory compliance.Chair meetings, reviews and contribute to strategic service development.Work closely with health, education, housing and adult social care partners.Manage resources effectively to deliver positive outcomes for children and families.RequirementsSocial Work England registration.Significant post-qualifying experience within Children's Social Care.Previous management or supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance and performance management.Experience working collaboratively across multi-agency partnerships.Experience within Children with Disabilities services is highly desirable.
