Caritas Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Children's Social Worker to join a Family Safeguarding Team based in Bridlington.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families through effective safeguarding intervention and relationship-based practice.
The Role
As part of the Family Safeguarding Team, you will:
Complete Child in Need, Child Protection and Looked After Children workUndertake assessments, care planning and statutory visitsManage a diverse caseload of children and families requiring safeguarding interventionWork collaboratively with partner agencies to reduce risk and improve outcomesPrepare high-quality reports for court, reviews and other statutory meetingsDevelop effective relationships with children, young people and families to support sustainable changeRequirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
