Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in the MASH/I-Art Team based in Cheshire West. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to assess and respond to safeguarding concerns, ensuring the welfare and best interests of children are prioritized.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding. Providing timely and effective interventions to address identified needs. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of best practices.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working within a MASH or I-Art team is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and stakeholders.
