A strong opportunity for an experienced Children's Social Worker with a background in Child Protection and Court work to join a supportive team based in Winsford.

This role offers a balanced mix of office-based collaboration and home working flexibility, alongside consistent hours and a structured working week.

Working within statutory frameworks and local authority procedures, you will:

Assess the needs and risks for children and young people requiring social work interventionDevelop, deliver and review multi-agency plans to safeguard and promote wellbeingManage a busy but structured caseload within a team settingLead on Child Protection and Court work, ensuring effective care planningWork collaboratively with partner agencies and professionalsMaintain accurate recordsContribute to service development and share best practiceSupport less experienced colleagues where appropriate✅ What You'll Need:Qualified Social Worker with Child Protection & Court experience (essential)Strong understanding of statutory legislation and safeguarding frameworksExperience working within a UK Local Authority settingConfident managing caseloads and working within multi-agency environmentsComfortable with a hybrid working model🤝 Why Work With Me - Davina Cripps (Caritas Recruitment)
