As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing support for individuals facing complex challenges, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Providing ongoing support and advocacy to clients, ensuring access to necessary services and resources. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and case records in compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social care and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves advising the Family Court as children and families go through significant events including care proceedings, adoption and parental separation. You will be responsible for understanding what the child needs and feels, then advising the Family Courts on the best course of action for the child. This will be done by providing written case analysis attending court as an advocate for the best interests of the child, ensuring their voice is not lost.
