We are seeking a skilled Family Support & Intervention Social Worker to join our dynamic team on a contract basis at an attractive rate of £38 per hour. As a Family Support & Intervention Social Worker, you will be responsible for:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing intervention plans to support families in crisis. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including health and education professionals. Providing direct support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local policies. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to share best practices.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in family support and intervention within a social work setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families.
