Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? We are currently seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team in Tameside, offering an attractive rate of £39 per hour. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safeguarding vulnerable children.

As a member of our MASH Team, you will be responsible for:

Conducting assessments and investigations into safeguarding concerns. Collaborating with various agencies to gather information and provide comprehensive support. Developing and implementing effective intervention strategies to protect children and families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working in a safeguarding or MASH environment. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
