We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our Children’s TM - C&F Team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop support plans, and provide interventions that promote the safety and well-being of children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans for children and families. Working closely with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and support. Participating in team meetings and case reviews to share insights and improve practices. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory and organizational guidelines.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in child protection and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
