Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and their families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans that prioritize the best interests of children in care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Engaging with children, families, and external agencies to ensure coordinated support. Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and contributing to decision-making processes.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a statutory setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
