Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of adults? Camden’s Support & Safeguarding Team is seeking a qualified Adult Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults while promoting their independence and quality of life. Your expertise and compassion will be crucial in navigating complex situations and providing the necessary support to those in need.
As an Adult Social Worker in the Support & Safeguarding Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of individuals’ needs and risks. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support and guidance to service users, ensuring their voices are heard. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate services. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures to protect vulnerable adults.To excel in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult social work, particularly in safeguarding and support services. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
