To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to devise effective care plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to service delivery.
