This is a unique chance to make a real impact on the lives of young people at risk while enjoying a competitive pay rate of up to £50 per hour.Role Overview:Position: Locum Social Worker - Adolescent TeamLocation: JerseyPay Rate: Up to £50.00 per hourHours: 37 hours per weekContract: TemporaryJob Purpose:As a Locum Social Worker within the Adolescent Team, you will work to safeguard and support children and young people at risk of, or affected by, child exploitation and missing episodes. You will provide specialist advice, intervention, and multi-agency collaboration to reduce harm and improve outcomes for vulnerable children and their families.This role focuses on contextual safeguarding, addressing risks outside of the home, including exploitation, peer influences, and community environments. You will be working within a small, dedicated team and collaborating with other agencies to map children's associations and activities on the island and beyond.
