Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Team Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the adult social care team. Providing supervision and support to social work staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Conducting assessments and reviews of adult care needs, developing and implementing care plans. Building strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies to facilitate effective service delivery. Contributing to the continuous improvement of services through feedback and innovative practices.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Significant experience in adult social care, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
