Are you a passionate and dedicated Social Worker with a focus on mental health? We are currently seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our team in Wiltshire for a temp-to-perm position. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
As a Social Worker specializing in mental health, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop tailored care plans. Providing direct support and intervention to individuals experiencing mental health issues. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and community organizations. Monitoring and evaluating client progress and adjusting care plans as necessary. Advocating for clients' rights and access to appropriate services and resources.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working in mental health settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
