Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults in need of support Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver services Providing advocacy and support to vulnerable adults to safeguard their rights and ensure their voices are heard Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required Offering guidance and supervision to junior staff members and students

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Previous experience working with adults in a social work setting Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
