We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our CP/CIN Team in Wokingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments and investigations to ensure the safety and well-being of children at risk Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other professionals and agencies Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required Providing ongoing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current HCPC registration Demonstrated experience working within a Child Protection/Children in Need setting Strong assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

In addition to the above requirements, candidates with experience in court work and a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and policies will be highly regarded.
