We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Team Manager (C&F) to join our dynamic team in Bradford. As a key leader in the Qualified Social Work field, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families within our community. You will be responsible for managing a team of social workers, overseeing case management, and implementing best practices to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and supervising a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Managing complex cases and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and local policies. Conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to develop effective intervention strategies and support services. Monitoring and evaluating team performance, implementing necessary changes to enhance service quality.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Significant experience in children's social work, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with families and stakeholders.
