We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Mental Health Team in Salford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults with mental health needs, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for individuals with mental health issues Offering support and guidance to service users and their families Collaborating with healthcare professionals and external agencies to coordinate holistic care Advocating for the rights and best interests of vulnerable adults Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Demonstrated experience in working with adults with mental health issues Strong assessment and care planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

In addition to the essential qualifications and skills, the ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs and a commitment to promoting social inclusion and empowerment. Previous experience in a similar role within a mental health setting would be advantageous.
