We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Fostering Team in Gloucestershire. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and well-being of children in foster care, providing support to both the children and their foster families.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Fostering Team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and services to children in foster care, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Assessing and reviewing the needs of children in foster care Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the children, foster carers, and other professionals Providing direct support and guidance to foster carers to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of the children Participating in multi-agency meetings and case conferences Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and policiesEssential Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Prior experience working in a children's social work setting, preferably within fostering Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional Requirements and Benefits:
