Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities and their families. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with families and relevant stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities and their families. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with vulnerable populations.
