Are you a passionate and dedicated Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our PLO & Court Team in Bournemouth. In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with families, legal representatives, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children involved in care proceedings.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the needs of children and their families. Preparing and presenting reports for court, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices. Providing direct support and intervention to families, promoting positive change and safeguarding children. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and resources effectively. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in line with regulatory standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and court proceedings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals.
