Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? Cheshire East Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Integrated Front Door team. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with various agencies, ensuring that vulnerable individuals and families receive the support they need when they need it most.
As a Social Worker in the Integrated Front Door, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of individuals and families to identify their needs and risks. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans. Providing advice, support, and guidance to clients, ensuring they are informed of their rights and available resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to evaluate progress and share best practices.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
