Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Attending court hearings and providing expert testimony as needed. Carrying out statutory duties in accordance with legislation and local policies. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with data protection regulations.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and court work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
