Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with families and relevant professionals. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families, including counseling and advocacy. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection plans.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with the relevant social work regulatory body. Essential skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of child protection legislation and practices. Experience in children’s social care is highly desirable, along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
