In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the best interests of children in care. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to coordinate support services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards. Providing emotional support and guidance to children and their families through challenging situations.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in child protection and working with children in care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
