In this role, you will be responsible for:
Assessing the needs of children and young people in care, developing and implementing care plans. Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and other professionals to facilitate effective interventions. Conducting regular reviews of care plans and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Providing support and guidance to foster carers, helping them to provide the best possible care. Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of policies and practices.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong knowledge of legislation and best practices related to children in care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
