Are you a passionate and dedicated Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of adults in the Leeds area? We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Adults Duty team, where you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to vulnerable individuals. This position offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, helping adults navigate complex situations and access the services they need.
As a Social Worker in the Adults Duty team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks of adults requiring support. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing crisis intervention and support to individuals in urgent situations. Coordinating with healthcare providers, community resources, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in adult social care and knowledge of relevant legislation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
