We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adult Safeguarding team in Birmingham. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults within our community. As a Social Worker in Adult Safeguarding, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults at risk. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support. Investigating safeguarding concerns and implementing necessary interventions. Providing guidance and support to individuals and their families. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult safeguarding and working with vulnerable populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
