Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and reviews of children and families in need of support. Leading case management meetings and supervising junior social workers. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to coordinate effective service delivery. Providing expert guidance and support to families, ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with legal requirements.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection and case management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
