As a Senior Social Worker, you will:
Manage a varied caseload across Family Help and SafeguardingCo-work cases alongside Family PractitionersBuild strong relationships with partners and local community servicesUndertake assessments of risk, need and protective factorsComplete child-focused assessments and plansWork within statutory safeguarding frameworks to protect vulnerable children and young peopleParticipate in multi-agency meetings and joint assessmentsReview support plans and interventions to ensure positive outcomes for familiesWhat We're Looking ForQualified Social Worker with Social Work England registrationChildren's Social Work experience within Safeguarding, CIN, CP or Family SupportSound knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practiceStrong assessment, analytical and relationship-building skillsAbility to work effectively within a multi-agency environmentWhat's on Offer?Up to £42 per hourOngoing locum assignment9-day working fortnightDedicated Personal Assistant support to reduce admin pressuresHybrid working and flexible arrangementsHybrid tablet device for agile working5 personal development days per yearAccess to permanent opportunities as they become availableSupportive management and career development opportunitiesIf you're an experienced Children's Social Worker looking for your next locum opportunity, I'd love to hear from you.
