Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Adult Social Care team. Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments to determine the needs of vulnerable adults and develop care plans Providing practical and emotional support to individuals and their families Liaising with healthcare professionals, community resources, and other stakeholders to coordinate services Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification and registration with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in adult social care, including assessment, safeguarding, and care planning Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals and groups Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a complex caseload efficiently
