As a Practice Development - Advanced Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing expert guidance and supervision to social work practitioners, fostering their professional growth and development. Leading practice improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the social work team. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to promote integrated working and improve service delivery. Regularly reviewing and evaluating practice to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in social work, with a focus on practice development. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
