Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support. Providing education and support to clients and their families to facilitate understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process. Monitoring and evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Proven experience in occupational therapy, particularly in a transformation or rehabilitation setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
