Join our dedicated Locality Team in Lincolnshire as an Advanced Practitioner in Qualified Social Work. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to enhance our services and support the well-being of our community. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading and mentoring a team of social workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable individuals and families.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing expert supervision and support to social work staff, fostering professional development and best practices. Conducting complex assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for children and families. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery and safeguarding. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with local policies and statutory requirements. Participating in case reviews and contributing to service improvement initiatives.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant post-qualifying experience in social work, ideally within a locality team. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
