Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and developing tailored support plans. Providing direct support and guidance to clients and their families, facilitating access to necessary services. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery and professional development.To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working within mental health settings and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
