Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing direct support and intervention to families facing challenges, including parenting support and crisis intervention. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding and family support.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
