As a Social Worker in our Safeguarding team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans to meet the needs of children and families. Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to access necessary resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local and national policies. Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
