We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Adult's Social Worker to join our Learning Disabilities Team in Warwickshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and services to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for individuals with learning disabilities. Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide a comprehensive support network. Advocating for clients and ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of individuals, adjusting support plans as needed. Providing advice and guidance to families and caregivers on best practices for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.Essential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience working with adults with learning disabilities in a social work setting. Strong assessment and care planning skills, with the ability to tailor support to individual needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
