In this position, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs, helping adults regain independence and achieve their personal goals. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough evaluations of clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities. Developing tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs. Implementing therapeutic interventions and monitoring progress towards goals. Educating clients and their families on strategies to enhance daily living skills. Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
