This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner to take on a case-holding role while supporting the Team Manager in delivering high-quality safeguarding services.

What you'll do:

Manage a mixed caseload of up to 18 CIN and CP cases.Complete assessments, prepare for court and care proceedings.Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.Provide leadership support to the Team Manager and mentor colleagues.

About you:

Qualified Social Worker with minimum 3 years' experience in children's services.Strong knowledge of safeguarding, court work, and risk assessment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be a driver with access to a car.
