Caritas Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Interim Service Manager to provide senior leadership to the South Family Help Team in Kingswood for an initial 3-month period, pending the arrival of a permanent starter.
You may also be required to provide short-term support to the Central Family Help Team at Badminton Road during absence of their Service Manager.
The RoleThis is a highly visible senior leadership position within Family Help and Social Care, providing confident operational leadership and ensuring children and families receive safe, effective and child-centred services.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing senior leadership across the Family Help service area.Leading and supporting Team Managers to deliver consistently strong practice.Setting clear priorities and driving a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Using performance, quality assurance, financial and workforce information to inform service delivery.Supporting services to respond effectively to demand and prepare for inspection activity.Working collaboratively with partners to improve outcomes for children, young people and families.Ensuring resources are managed effectively while maintaining high-quality service delivery.About YouWe're looking for an experienced Children's Social Care Service Manager who can confidently step into an interim leadership position and provide immediate stability and direction.
You'll need strong experience of:
